Day 15: Meeting for LibCheck Finalization

We had a meeting with Ma'am Majel to finalize LibCheck, as she will not be available next week. This meeting focused on wrapping up any pending concerns and ensuring that all necessary features and documentation were in place for a smooth transition.

Day 16: Bug Fixes

I dedicated the day to resolving various bugs in the system. This included fixing minor UI glitches and ensuring that all functionalities were working as expected. Addressing these issues was crucial for providing a seamless user experience.

Day 17: Finalizing User Interface

With most of the bugs resolved, I focused on polishing the user interface. The goal was to enhance usability and ensure a clean, intuitive design for both students and administrators.

Day 18: Testing and Evaluation

I started working on the testing and evaluation process, carefully reviewing each feature to confirm its reliability. This phase involved multiple test cases to identify any remaining issues before deployment.

Day 19: QR Code Scanning Testing with Students

The final stage of testing involved students scanning their QR codes to verify the system's real-time response. This practical evaluation provided valuable feedback and ensured that everything functioned smoothly before the official launch.

Conclusion

Week 4 was focused on refinement and testing. With the finalization of LibCheck, UI improvements, and extensive testing, we ensured a stable and user-friendly system. The hands-on evaluation with students confirmed that QR scanning worked efficiently, marking a successful phase in development.
